Enthralled by the energy and excitement of the wines from the Southern Rhône since Boutinot started to craft wines, it’s diverse terroir, long-established vineyards and capability of producing finesse and power meant that it was inevitable to put roots down here.

In 2009, that’s what we did.  All roads led to Cairanne.  To epitomise what this terroir could achieve, we re-engineered its humble winery where time-honoured winemaking could flourish.
